The lecture takes us on a journey through various peripheral landscapes: the depopulating mountainous regions of Arcadia in Greece, the mastiha landscapes of Chios island in the Aegaen archipelagos, and the post-industrial brown fields of Verbania in Italian Piemonte. By delving into their socio-ecological entanglements and latent everyday practices, it narrates three tales of care and repair, unveiling their theoretical implications and design possibilities.
